Top floor also has access to a terrace with a view of Rab old town attractions like one of the four Rab towers. Wifi along with air-conditioning and parking within Rab old town circle are available at no extra charge. Parking place is however not at a designated spot but at any available parking place along old town port with use of a parking card given by owner. Rab town streets around the house connect to some of the most popular attractions of Rab island like the square Municipium Arba, Srednja ulica or the Gornja Ulica street churches with the four towers. House is located about 200 meters from the sea at Rab old town port and 10 minutes walking distance to town beach „Gradska plaža”. Also 20 minutes to sandy beach Padova near Valamar hotel Padova. In the close vicinity you will find a choice of very good restaurants including Santa Maria, Astoria or Rab vegan restaurant Capo Fronte.
