Position on the slope of island Rab’s highest hill “Kamenjak” provides the best view of the town Rab with it’s four towers as well as the sea and neighboring islands. In the quiet neighborhood you will find many houses that locally produce cheese, olive oil, wine and are into agriculture. Sea view is provided from all of the apartments with their terraces or balconies. Also from the large swimming pool area with its lounge and barbecue summerhouse. Swimming pool and lounge area with fully equipped Croatian-style stone grill are at disposal to all guests of the property. Very large parking space is available in front of the property. Down the hill from from the house in Mundanije’s main street you can find a couple of very good restaurants, like konoba “Maslina” or restaurant “Dionis”. Restaurant “Kamenjak” with it’s popular terrace view of the whole island is close uphill. A large supermarket “Plodine” is about 700 meters away in direction of town Rab. The town of Rab itself is also only about 6 minutes from the property by car, as well as the numerous beaches in vicinity of the town.
