Seaview terraces and patios, large swimming pool area and grill/lounge/tennis area in the back are at disposal to guests. Tennis lessons are also possible by arrangement from the owner who is a licensed tennis instructor. House is positioned close to the sandy beach Mel and a long seaside promenade suitable for a walk or bicycle ride. House displays from all the apartments and surrounding area a wonderful view of the beach, Kampor bay, and “Kalifront” peninsula. About 400 m from the house in the “Kampor port” area is a number of seaside restaurants offering authentic local food, area with a grocery store, cafe bars, boat rentals. Further to the west are larger sandy beaches, such as “Gonar”, where you can also find a number of seaside restaurants. Beach cafe’s, Scuba diving center, Jet ski, Surf and Boat Rentals as well. To the East is the protected forest “Dundo” on the peninsula “Kalifront” with numerous biking paths and secluded beaches.
