Two floors with three rooms and three apartments are offered to guests. All accommodation has a sea view balcony or terrace. At your disposal are two outside dining spaces next to a large stone grill and in a nice surrounding. For those staying in private rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators, ovens, and grill by the sea is available. Kitchen has space and equipment enough for any number of guests staying in any of the private rooms. For all guests also a large dining area by the sea on the ground floor is designed to provide everything you need. Nearby sandy/gravel beach is only about 30 meters from the house. There are also some other beaches 100 meters away and further. A pier for boats is right in front of the house in case you’ll be using a boat by rental or your own. A boat mooring and crane for laying the boat to the sea are also available. House is near restaurants offering local food, boat-jet ski-windsurf rentals and a yacht marina Supetarska Draga. At a 5 minute driving distance from the house you have the Lopar San Marino (“Paradise”) beach, with all it’s activity (restaurants, night clubs, tennis/volleyball courts, mini golf, jet ski, windsurf). Also nudist beaches in other parts of Lopar.
